As in previous years, our Forum was an outstanding success with over 140 participants from around 30 different banks. The various workshops in the morning were very well received. Among other things, this involved the use of artificial intelligence in credit management, the use of tableau software for the analytical control of a bank and modern analytics as a career booster. In the afternoon, we welcomed our experienced speakers, who provided exclusive insights into the digitization processes of major international banks such as Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank and Citibank through to the online bank comdirect. The use of artificial intelligence and blockchain technology up to a profound customer and social media analysis based on Big Data was presented. This year, the pharmaceutical group Merck gave us a glimpse outside the box.
