We are SIEGER, the end-to-end boutique consultancy with a special focus on digitization and data management in highly regulated industries.

By consistently focusing on internal collaboration and working closely with selected technology partners, such as Microsoft and Tableau, we cover the entire value chain of the project business: from the creation of viable business concepts and feasibility studies to technical implementation, including in-house software development, we are a reliable partner for our customers in all challenges.

The diversity of our competencies complements our 15 years of experience in the development of data budgets, data infrastructures and management information systems for companies from all sectors of the economy - wherever knowledge and information is gathered and used productively, we feel at home.

That is why we prioritize the key areas in our projects together with our customers in order to achieve effective results very quickly.

The Story of SIEGER

2004
Founding of SIEGER Consulting GmbH & Co KG

2004 – 2014
Hans Sieder and Stefan Gernhard have established themselves with their customers in the Rhine-Main area. The name SIEGER stands for highest performance and quality. Both are strongly involved in the operational project business.

2015
Due to the strong customer demand a rethinking takes place – SIEGER wants to grow disproportionately! The idea of reorientation is born.

2016

  • Realignment of SIEGER to focus on Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics and Big Data. We start selling Tableau, a leading BI and analysis platform.
  • Hiring of Henning Lohmann as an additional Managing Director with a focus on sales, especially for the acquisition of new customers in the areas of financial services, pharmaceuticals and personnel services.
  • Establishment of an ambitious medium-term plan

2017

  • On 1 January 2017, the new SIEGER Consulting GmbH is launched
  • Move to new premises that provide the necessary environment for the planned growth
  • Recruitment of an experienced HR manager from the consulting area
  • Start of another six employees at expert and senior levelCompanies such as Boehringer Ingelheim, DVB Bank (DZ Group) and Kommunalkredit Austria opt for SIEGER in strategic projects
  • Start of the Board Partnership
  • Complete digitization of internal control and financial processes
  • More than 30% growth compared to 2016

2018

  • Sales growth & earnings more than fulfilled
  • Successful customer expansion
  • Several innovative customer solutions implemented as „Success Stories“
  • Recruitment of further highly qualified employees

2019

  • Expansion & deepening of our customer base
  • Expansion of our innovative product range
  • Recruitment of Jan-Holger Franz as a further managing director with a focus on business consulting, especially in the financial services sector, and assumption of internal responsibility for human resources and change management
  • Successful realization of our 6th Data-Driven Banking Forum on September 24
  • 25% growth in sales and employees

2020 

  • Opening of the first SIEGER office in NRW (01.04.20 in Cologne)
  • Bundling SIEGER know-how with the development of a holistic consulting approach
  • Focusing and consolidation of the SIEGER service & partner portfolio
  • 30% growth in sales and employees

2021 Goal

  • Sales growth by 15%
