Founding of SIEGER Consulting GmbH & Co KG
2004 – 2014
Hans Sieder and Stefan Gernhard have established themselves with their customers in the Rhine-Main area. The name SIEGER stands for highest performance and quality. Both are strongly involved in the operational project business.
Due to the strong customer demand a rethinking takes place – SIEGER wants to grow disproportionately! The idea of reorientation is born.
- Realignment of SIEGER to focus on Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics and Big Data. We start selling Tableau, a leading BI and analysis platform.
- Hiring of Henning Lohmann as an additional Managing Director with a focus on sales, especially for the acquisition of new customers in the areas of financial services, pharmaceuticals and personnel services.
- Establishment of an ambitious medium-term plan
- On 1 January 2017, the new SIEGER Consulting GmbH is launched
- Move to new premises that provide the necessary environment for the planned growth
- Recruitment of an experienced HR manager from the consulting area
- Start of another six employees at expert and senior levelCompanies such as Boehringer Ingelheim, DVB Bank (DZ Group) and Kommunalkredit Austria opt for SIEGER in strategic projects
- Start of the Board Partnership
- Complete digitization of internal control and financial processes
- More than 30% growth compared to 2016
